When I moved to Victoria it took a while to find a salon I enjoyed going to and was happy with the end result. I went... to Salon Felice Uptown for the first time a couple years ago and I’ve been going there every time since for a haircut. *pre-Covid, you’d get offered a drink and hot towel upon arrival while you wait for your hairdresser. The scalp massages with essential oils are a good add on also.My go to hairdresser is always Martin, if he’s unavailable I wait until a spot opens up.I walk out of the salon always happy with my cut!read more

When I walked in to the salon, I noticed the wonderful scent of Aveda products, stylish décor and very clean... facilities. I got a friendly greeting at the front desk and my stylist was brought out to meet me. I love my haircut from Sara and she was fun to chat with too! I highly recommend!read more

First time going to Salon. Had heard good things about this shop.I went in Oct/2020 and Sara did my hair.She seemed... rushed. I was out of the shop within a hour and half. I went in spent $285.00 and came out looking like nothing was done. I was very very disappointed and I phoned the salon when I got home.Told them I was Very unhappy with the job that was done. and wanted a REFUND. I am still waiting for the Manager to call me yet. It's been 4 months now. What a horrible experience!read more

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer care and the overall experience. I had a cut and colour done... and I feel pampered and very happy. My stylist, Paul, was very thoughtful and was able to intertwine my needs/wants with his experience and eye for colour. The end result was perfect for me.
